T&Cs – General Terms and Conditions CateringLovers - Owner Christof Koch

1. General

These General Terms and Conditions of CateringLovers - "It's time to taste" apply to all contracts that the provider concludes with its contractual partners. The inclusion of the customer's own terms and conditions is hereby expressly rejected, unless something different is separately agreed in writing between the parties in individual cases.

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when the customer accepts the offer from CateringLovers - "It's time to taste" which is detailed on the reverse and tailored to the customer's individual needs. The customer can accept the offer in writing, verbally or by email.

3. Subject matter of the contract

The subject of the contract is the preparation and distribution of various delicacies including toppings. The scope of services depends on the details specified on the reverse and on the individual needs and specifications of the customer.

This also applies to the place and time of the service, which are also determined according to customer requirements. Any additional services requested by the customer that go beyond the scope of the offer will be provided by CateringLovers - "It's time to taste" as far as possible and subject to separate billing by agreement.

The customer guarantees that he has a suitable site available for his event in accordance with the specifications in the offer, in particular with regard to minimum size, load-bearing capacity and level ground or gradient, which can be accessed directly with a delivery vehicle on permitted terrain.

The customer is aware that the delicacies may be prepared using an open fire and guarantees that the intended venue is suitable for this. Otherwise, preparation using electrical devices can also be agreed upon after prior consultation.

4. Prices and payment terms

The prices quoted by CateringLovers - "It's time to taste" are net prices, i.e. they include all price components plus statutory German sales tax. Any additional costs incurred, e.g. in particular for travel, overnight stays for staff on site, etc., are stated separately and are clear from the offer for the customer.


5. Cancellation

The customer can terminate the contract up to 30 calendar days before the service date for a fee of 50% of the agreed price. If the contract is terminated 7 calendar days or more before the service date, 75% of the agreed price or expected turnover will be due.

6. Insurance and permits; third party fees; licenses

As the organizer, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the event is adequately insured and therefore takes out event organizer liability insurance with sufficient coverage at his own expense and responsibility. If the customer has not taken out adequate insurance cover, he releases WaffleLovers - The Mobile Waffle Bakery from any claims for damages, etc. in the event of damage, provided that the damage is one that would typically have been covered by the event organizer liability insurance that is taken out.

The customer is also responsible for obtaining, on his own initiative and at his own expense, any necessary permits from third parties, in particular from authorities, which are required for the holding of the event, including music law permits (e.g. GEMA).

7. Damage

Any items damaged by the customer or his guests may be charged to the customer.

8. Complaints

Customer complaints can only be made and accepted during the event. Justified complaints can be settled by repair, replacement delivery or compensation at the discretion of CateringLovers - "It's time to taste".

9. Disposal

Unless otherwise agreed, it is agreed that the waste generated will remain on site and be disposed of by the client. Otherwise, a fee of €50 net will be charged subsequently.
